Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning appointment. We will work with you to address any issues and provide a refund or credit for future services if necessary.

Exceptions

  • Please note that refunds may not be available for certain circumstances, such as:
    • If the cleaning service has been completed and no issues were reported within 24 hours of the appointment.
    • If the cleaning service was not completed due to reasons beyond our control, such as access issues or unsafe conditions.
